Les apports du genre en histoire des sciences et des savoirs sont au cœur de ce dossier thématique. Il est composé de quatre contributions qui explorent par une approche genrée, voire intersectionnelle, l’usage de l’espace et les relations de pouvoir en jeu dans la production et la circulation des savoirs de l’époque moderne au début du XXe siècle. Vient s’y adjoindre un entretien croisé avec cinq historiennes des sciences et des savoirs.

This special issue aims to promote the contributions of gender in the history of science and knowledge. It is composed of four contributions that explore, through a gendered and even intersectional approach, the use of space and the power relations at stake in the production and circulation of knowledge from the modern era to the beginning of the 20th century. The contributions are accompanied by an interview with five historians of science and knowledge.
