This Master’s Course in Gender and Diversity offers two approaches, academic and professional, which offer an advanced and systematic training on concepts, theories and analysis methodologies that are relevant to a wide variety of academic disciplines and to the conclusions of feminist research. Both study tracks integrate the analysis of social and cultural transformation marked by migrations and global diversity. The professional study track focuses on applying all that gained knowledge to the labour market, paying special attention to gender equality policies and the European guidelines.
